One-Stop Business Service(Banking)

Documents required to open a bank account 

1、Basic account
Business Licenses, ID card of the legal representative, seal record form, articles of association, official seal, financial seal and legal representative seal. For natural person shareholders whose shares account for more than 25%, a copy of shareholders' ID card shall be provided. If the proportion of shares held by an enterprise exceeds 25%, a copy of the business license affixed with the official seal of the shareholder and a copy of the legal representative's ID card shall be provided. 

2、normal account
Basic account opening permit or basic deposit account information, business licenses, legal representative ID card, seal record form, articles of association, official seal, financial seal and legal representative seal. For natural person shareholders whose shares account for more than 25%, a copy of shareholders' ID card shall be provided. If the proportion of shares held by an enterprise exceeds 25%, a copy of the business license affixed with the official seal of the shareholder and a copy of the legal representative's ID card shall be provided.
