近日，在第五届消博会举办期间，新西兰政府代表团莅临全球贸易之窗大厦参考考察，并参加了由中国国际贸易促进委员会海南省委员会主办（以下简称海南省贸促会）、海南自贸区全球贸易之窗管理有限公司（以下简称全球贸易之窗）协办的“深化海南-新西兰经贸合作·共筑“双总部”发展新格局”座谈交流会，各方就自贸港政策红利、海南与新西兰经贸交流等关键议题展开深入探讨并初步达成了合作共识。

Recently, during the fifth China International Consumer Products Expo, a delegation from the New Zealand government visited WGT for reference and inspection. And participated in the symposium and exchange meeting on "Deepening Economic and Trade Cooperation between Hainan and New Zealand and Jointly Building a New Development Pattern of 'Two headquarters bases'", which was hosted by the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade Hainan Committee (hereinafter referred to as Hainan CCPIT) and co-organized by WGT. All parties conducted in-depth discussions on key issues such as the policy dividends of the free trade port and economic and trade exchanges between Hainan and New Zealand, and initially reached a consensus on cooperation.

全球贸易之窗负责人在座谈中，对海南自贸港的重点政策与全球贸易之窗的服务体系进行了详细介绍，同时分享了海南与新西兰之间的产业合作机遇。负责人表示，海南自贸港封关在即，将对标世界最高水平开放形态，目前海南以“零关税、低税率、简税制”“贸易、投资、跨境资金流动、人员进出、运输来往自由便利和数据安全有序流动”为主要特征的自贸港政策制度体系基本建立，这为新西兰等境外国家企业创造了优良的发展环境，极大地便利了新西兰企业投资进入中国市场。负责人进一步介绍，在海南省各级政府的支持下，全球贸易之窗作为重点服务平台，已构建涵盖商务办公、企业注册、政策咨询、政企资源对接、外事接待等全链条服务体系，可为企业提供“一站式”落地支持，诚挚欢迎新西兰企业前来投资创业。

During the symposium, the person in charge of WGT gave a detailed introduction to the key policies of the Hainan FTP and the service system of WGT, and at the same time shared the industrial cooperation opportunities between Hainan and New Zealand. He stated that the closure of the Hainan FTP is imminent and it will be bench marked against the world's highest level of opening up. Currently, the policy and institutional system characterized by "zero tariffs, low tax rates, and simple tax systems", as well as "free and convenient trade, investment, cross-border capital flows, personnel entry and exit, transportation, and secure and orderly data flow", has been basically established. This has created an excellent development environment for enterprises from overseas countries such as New Zealand, greatly facilitating the investment of New Zealand enterprises into the Chinese market. The person in charge further introduced that with the support of the governments at all levels in Hainan Province, WGT, as a key service platform, has established a full-chain service system covering business office, enterprise registration, policy consultation, government-enterprise resource connection, foreign affairs reception, etc. It can provide "one-stop" landing support for enterprises. 新西兰政府代表团负责人充分肯定了海南自贸港政策优势及全球贸易之窗的平台价值。表示将进一步关注政策与企业需求的匹配性，积极探讨新西兰重点产业，如农业、畜牧业、旅游业等领域与海南的合作路径，寻求互利共赢合作机制。

The head of the New Zealand government delegation highly affirmed the policy advantages of the Hainan FTP and the platform value of WGT. It indicates that it will further pay attention to the matching between policies and enterprise demands, actively explore cooperation paths between New Zealand's key industries, such as agriculture, animal husbandry, and tourism, and Hainan, and seek mutually beneficial and win-win cooperation mechanisms.

A relevant official from Hainan CCPIT stated at the symposium that in recent years, Hainan and New Zealand enterprises have maintained close and friendly exchanges and exchanges in areas such as culture and trade. The CCPIT will fully play its role in linkage and coordination to provide convenient service guarantees for New Zealand enterprises to invest and operate in Hainan.

This symposium effectively enhanced the understanding and recognition of economic and trade cooperation between Hainan and New Zealand.
